I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults in a private practice setting. I have extensive experience working with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and traumatic experiences including sexual and physical abuse, and suicidality.
In addition, I have also helped individuals with gender dysphoria, eating disorders, LGBTQ issues, self injury, bipolar disorder, loneliness, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, career dissatisfaction, and life transitions.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist I worked in the entertainment industry. So I have worked with many individuals in the entertainment industry on a variety of issues including working through creative blocks, overcoming performance anxiety, balancing personal and professional life while being at the mercy of a busy production schedule, or transitioning out of the industry.

How do I get started?
You may contact me via phone or email to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation. We will spend a few minutes on the phone getting to know one another. We can use the time to talk about what your struggles are and what you are hoping to get from therapy. If you decide you feel ready to start, we will set up a face to face appointment and go from there. I am currently seeing most of my patients virtually, but if we feel you need to be seen in person, I do see patients in person at my home office in Studio City.
